Stop Command Window Scrolling on Drag and Drop

Just a major annoyance for me, since I like to drag and drop commands from history. Every time I drag/drop a command from history and hit enter, the command window automatically scrolls down to the end to display the newly run command. This is a pain since I often drag/drop several commands from history, and have to scroll all the way back up and find where I was with each command. Is there an efficient way to stop this command window action? R2010b

multi select them and run them all at once by hitting enter. Dont know of any way to "stop" the item being added to the bottom and it refreshing.
