save .svg image in the form of group of rectangles (coordinates)

Hi,

I hope everybody is fine reading this question...

For better explaination let me give an example. The following is the image (.svg) and the example how to save it in matlab

Input: a .svg image as above

Output: four vectors as shown like X1 contains top left corners of the rectangles, X2 contains bottom left corners of the rectangles similary Y1 and Y2

Any sujjestion how can I do that
