How to give a discrete boundary condition to function thermalBC?

I want to solve a 2-D transient heat conduction problem. Now I only have discrete boundary conditions of each point at different times. And I found 'thermalBC' cannot directly use a matrix as boundary condition. So how can I give the boundary conditions?

I found the inputs of 'thermalBC' such as location.x, location.y and state.time do not match the nodes generated by the function 'generateMesh' and the discrete time generated by myself.
