Installing USRB package in simulink

Hi, I'm trying to install a package (USRB) to an offline device but all the ways failed

any help please (I'm using 2015a version)

hello Mr Walter ,

I would like to confirm that I did download the file in the link and followed the instructions of installation and got the error below

" Download failed : recieved fatal alert : protocol_version"

I'm using 2015a

and the link is for 2017 and earlier

fix is only provided for 2017 version
