DFT TECHNIQUE to determine FREQUENCY

Write a program to determine frequency of single phase Voltage Phasor and Positive Sequence Voltage Phasors using DFT technique.

can anybody solve the above problem? I am very new to MATLAB and getting confused. Thanks.
