Can you clarify what it is you have, exactly? Do you have the original image and the blurred image?

If you have the original image and the blurred image, you could probably deconvolve your blurred image with the original image.
Unfortunately, deconvolution is a rather tricky business. However, if you read up on Wikipedia here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiener_deconvolution
Once you have read that article, you can probably come back and ask a more precise question if you didn't get it straight away.
