Linear equalities in gamultiobj

Is there a way to include multiple equality constraints in the multi-objective genetic algorithm of matlab. Every matlab or toolbox documentation example either shows the use of a single or no constraints.

Yes, you can have as many linear equality constraints as you like. The syntax is exactly the same as for linear INequality constraints.
