Build Process of Generate Code (Simulink Encoder) for RT target

Dear all,

I have a Simulink model that I want to test in real-time (RT) on a dSPACE target. My model is very complex such as there are variable conflicts during the build process. My question is the following one : Where could I find the different functions and the entire build process in Matlab folders ? I mean "this function call this one then this one and the other one etc etc" Thanks to this, I will know where the different variables (in conflict) are called and identify the problem location.
