How to do Color Based Bone Segmentation ?

Hello everyone im working with dicom format CAT slices and i want to do detect bones from its whiteness and want to make contour around it (like the red ones). Afterawards i want to do 3d model from contoured section on all slices and want to do 3d model. How can i code?
