Plotting the Graph for BMD,SFD using FEM .

i am writing a program to analyze the FRAME elements in MATLAB 2018a. i want to plott the deformed shape, BMD and SFD in the element itself( i have attached an image to show what i actually want to do?) can we plot in similar manner in matlab ? Would be of much help if any one could help with this thanks.
