Dear Matlab community,
I am having trouble figuring out a way to conduct a one-way repeated measures ANOVA. I have 29 participants, and they each have data from 6 conditions. I accordingly have a 29 x 6 table, with the 29 rows as participants, and columns as my 6 conditions.
I am trying to do so with fitrm, but it looks like it expects some sort of between subject variable (e.g. group), which I do not have.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
P

Please disregard, I just had to add the intercept in the form of '~1'.

can you explain a little bit how you design it? I have the same question

Hi Fancy,
I believe it would be in the format of 'yourwithinvariable ~ 1' or something like that if I remember correctly.
