Include State/country borders with 'geobasemap satellite' in geoplot

I'm using geoplot with the 'satellite' basemap because it gives the best image of the topography for my plot. However, I would like to keep the U.S. state borders on, like is shown in some of the other basemaps. Is there a way to use the satellite basemap while also plotting geographic borders?
