How can I connect blocks in Simulink using signals programically?

I have an existing block, and I can create a signalbuilder block in the model, and would like to connect them together. How can I do this programically? I already have the signal name list. Thanks.

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question, but perhaps the add_line function is what you need?
