problem with MATLAB Drive Connector

I am having this issue since I downloaded the MATLAB Drive Connector and I have tried to uninstall it but it would not let me, can somebody help me solve this issue or tell me how to force the uninstallation?
Ps. I already tried to uninstall it from the control panel

Have you tried contacting technical support? That appears to be the recommendation based on the error encountered.

That's not right. Something's gone wrong. I'd try again.
In the meantime, the only debugging steps I'm aware of with Drive can be found here.
