How to add additional slave addresses to a pre-existing sensor block?

I am currently using the "BNO055" Block in Simulink found in the Arduino Hardware add-on.

For my project, I will use more than two boards, meaning I will have to use a multiplexer board to have unique addresses (The board only has two addresses - 0x28 and 0x29). I was wondering whether it was possible to add additional i2c slave addresses to the block as I cannot create the block myself. (And it is a requirement I use Simulink, so unfortunately I cannot do anything in Matlab)
