vertical Values in for loop and plotting them

i want to plot this random values virtcelly for each column in one x value or t here and get the error bar for each of the five but i know it seems easy but i'm new to programming here the code

x = randn(5);
t = 1:5;
for i = t
    plot(t(i));
    hold on 
    for i = t
        plot(x(i,1),'o');
    end
end
