Can you run a Simulink Desktop Real Time model with a different system target file (e.g. TwinCAT.tlc)(SLDRT, TwinCAT)?

I am trying to run a SLDRT application with TwinCAT. For the SLDRT to work, I need to change the System Target File to sldrt.tlc, but for TwinCAT to work with Simulink, the TwinCAT.tlc file is needed.
Is there a way to get the SLDRT to work with TwinCAT?

Hi Anton,
Refer this link know more about changing the code-generation target Files.
The Simulink Desktop Real Time automatically sets the Code Generation target to be sldrt.tlc – Refer this documentation on Prepare for Real-Time Execution.
