How to transfer a Matlab2020b App to Matlab2019b or lower version?

I have designed a APP in Matlab2020b,but it doesn't work well in a lower version,for example in 2019b.How can I do?

In the App Designer toolbar, click Save and Save Copy as, then you'll get a window in which you choose Save as type.

Options available are R2016b, R2017a, R2017b.

I don't know what this means, these versions should be compatible, there are some issues if you use grid layout in your application.
