kalman filter target trajectory

My problem is ,Use Kalman filtering to estimate the state vector of a point target in a rectangular area where 𝑥 ∈ [0,100] and 𝑦 ∈ [0,100]. The target motion is modeled as constant velocity and the 𝑥 and 𝑦 coordinates are obtained as measurements at each time step. Also draw the 2𝜎 contours for the predicted and posterior distributions. I need help this is about ,
