Compare multiple regression coefficients

Hi Guys,
I have a dataset where two variables influence another one in a multiple regression analysis. (DV ~ IV1 + IV2)
I want to know if the regression coefficients of the Independent Variables differ significantly from each other. Is there a function I can use for this?

This is logically equivalent to your later question, right?
