inclination of ellipsoid around y axis

I would like to rotate this ellipsoid in such way that it will have same inclination with the yellow surface but interpolation will be still vertically. I want to incline only the ellipsoid but not the squares in. It will be seem like in pic two in 2D. Is there a way to do it ?
