Reformulate your ODE with three functions into a system of the dependent ODE`S of first order. see for instance https://de.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/ode45.html the solution of van der Pol eqn.

In detail it means u formulate a vector d/dt (T_ev;w_ads;w_des) = RHS, where RHS is the related conversion of the upper equation.

After that you can use the ode45 function in matlab to solve the system of ODE's.

I also do not know if you have access to the Symbolic Toolbox.

I pointed you to a specific example of using the Symbolic Toolbox to convert multivariate systems of differential equations into an anonymous function handle that can be used by ode45() . You should be able to proceed from there, with just the additional hint:
