How can I generate AWGN in a specific frequency (above 8kHZ) range for an audio file?

Hi,
From my understanding you are trying to generate AWGN in a specified frequency range. The below link should guide you through it. It suggests to filter out non-required frequency components from the noise signal and then use as per your application.
