Simulink signal to voltage signal

I am trying to model a sine PWM inverter but I am stuck with this problem of not being able to connect simulink signal to the rest of electrical circuit.
How to convert simulink signal to voltage signal to be used in power electronic circuit? Please help me.

Check the Simulink to Simscape converter block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/ref/simulinkpsconverter.html.

I attached a .slx file with what worked for me. I hope it will help someone else who has the same issue.
