disable source control system [Without ] matlab GUI

Hi there,

I have many windows machine and each with multiple matlab version 2014,2015a,b to 2020a,b. Is there any way to disable source control system to "None" without GUI. I means by running command from windows command prompt or running a matlab function from command prompt to set source control to "None".generally looking for some automatic(programmatically) and fast way to change this and maybe other preference settings?

There are undocumented functions, which could be used for this:

com.mathworks.sourcecontrol.prefs.SCSettingsUtilities.isMWSourceControlEnabled

This gives you the status of the Source Control System, and can be enabled or disabled by the following commands:

com.mathworks.sourcecontrol.prefs.SCSettingsUtilities.disableMWSourceControlPersistent
com.mathworks.sourcecontrol.prefs.SCSettingsUtilities.enableMWSourceControlPersistent

As this functionality is undocumented, it might have side implications.
