Why do I get an error saying Bluetooth isn't recognized when using BITalino Toolbox?

I am trying to use BITalino Toolbox, however, I am getting an error message saying that "Bluetooth" is not recognized. I am able to use this on another machine. Why is this not working on my current machine?

Looking at the requirements for BITalino Toolbox, it appears that the toolbox requires Instrument Control Toolbox. For more information, please see the following File Exchange link:
