drawfreehand- function in AppDesigner

I created an app with AppDesigner to manually segment a picture. For the segmentation I used the drawfreehand-function. Everything worked fine on my laptop and laptops of my colleagues, but as we deployed the app on Matlab Web App Server, the drawfreehand-function didn't work anymore. Does somebody know how I can fix it?
