Looking for the RGB values of the 8-bit 256 colours?

Hi,
My question is below at the bottom.
So what are the RGB values of these 256 colours mentioned in the red box above?
If the RGB values are not handy, what are the psudo code to generate these 256 colours?
Please advise.:)

finish reading the posted info: "An 8-bit display can produce any of the [2^24] colors available on a 24-bit display, but only 256 distinct [colors] at a time"
