how to write code for the following formulae?

a0=0.5*sum(rho(j)*b(j)) for j=0 to k

0=0.5*sum(b(j)*(rho(abs(r-j))+rho(r+j))) for j = 0 to k and r=l+1 to + l+k

where l and k can be calculated
