How to reduce Data points as output from Simulink to workspace?

Hello Everyone,
I have a model made in simulink and I use its output to plot graph in Matlab scipt file.
If we see the data poitns generated in that variable in workspace it has created 2,900,000 data points for 5 sec Simulation.
I was to reduce to 5000 data points for 5 sec by maintaing the same accuracy of plots or how much minimum amount of data points I need to have so that I can have near to same accuracy in plots.
I want this to done in the simulink itself rather than in script file. I have attached the files can have look on it.
