Unable to read the signals coming off of hall sensors at eCAP pins 24 25 and 26

I have been trying to read the hall sensor signals to find the postion of the rotor of a BLDC motor reffering to the matlab example using an existing example open_system('mcb_pmsm_hall_offset_f28069m.slx'); but the change in hall sensor signals is not quickly detected by the GPADAT.ALL. If the rotor is rotating at very low speeds then it s able to detect the hall signals in prooper sequence i.e, a proper grey code but as soon as the motor is rotating at a speed greater than even 5 rpm it is skipping the intermeddiate values and the capture events are taking place properly eventually iam not able to capture the position with accuracy.

any help would be appreciated .i AM IN A DESPERATE NEED OF A HELPING HAND PLEASE DO HELP ME WITH THIS.
