surface plot

Hi,

I am trying to make a surface plot without coloring or connecting my data points but I could not find how I can do it. To be more clear I want surf version of plot(x,Temp,'.') ; just the data points no line betwenn them. But I have a 2D result. surf(z,x,Temp) ; This give the clasic surface plot ,which I do not want. By the way my z and x are not uniform and different in size.
