Simulink: Calculate distance of two impulse

Hello, I have a question, which I acquired during working with my project. I do it in Simulink. The problem is: I have two narrow impluse with very long period for example, ti=1ms, T=1000ms. The peak of two impulse is about N, for example 267ms How can I calculate distance between the two impulses and present it in form of 10bit signal?
I thought to use integrator with clock 1ms to integrate from first impulse to the second. But then output of the integrator is a with value change in time, not a constant N as I wish.
Any idea? Thanks!
