Hi for all i want to detect plant leaf diseases using GLCM and classify using standard deviation and confidence interval can someone help me thanks

I am traying to make a programm for leaf disease detection to group of diseases and i want to extruct the features by GLCM , how could i classify the pictures using statistica (standard diviation and confidence interval)
