How can I include a static library (.a file) for S-function in a model.

I have to use the static library (.a file) to Simulink model.

I list the questions for asking with Mathworks as following,

Q1. I would like to know that, "Can I include parameter and function from static libraries .a file into S-function block"?

Q2. Can I use static libraries as archive file (.a) on MATLAB for Windows platform?
