Dear Matlab community.
I have Matlab installed on my Laptop ( currently Windows 10) and a License assinged to it. I decided to switch completely to Linux and delete Windows entirely, but i don't want to buy Matlab again. Is it possible for me to do this?
As far as i know i can link other laptops but is it possible to do it with another OS?

Yes this is fine. You are also permitted to dual boot. Your license is not specific to an OS.
I recommend deactivating MATLAB before uninstalling as it might have been activated for a different hardware component on Windows
