Connecting MATLAB with acl software

hi i want to connect MATLAB function which will connect to my acl software for my robot arm, any suggestions on how to connect the two of them? thanks

Tough to answer this question accurately without more details about the acl software. MATLAB offers numerous interfaces that allow it to talk to an external application and it depends on what API "acl software" has.
