Loading the file path

I am having some trouble with developing code to look into column 8 and read or load the file paths:

Then to copy and save the first file at the top from the folder's file path to another file path. Then to copy that filepath into the variable as shown:

data1553IN=parseWingsSavFull('C:\AP\34209200-W0S5-()_65474_2020Jul21_010802_EGI Thermal_1553In.HSR','EGI.mdb');

That file path would go right where this file path is.

Any suggestions or application of corrections?

Where are you having trouble with what specific code? Generalities don't much help; we need to see specific code to debug something.

The image is too small to read; can't do anything with images, anyway, either--attach a file or piece of a file so have somethng to work with.

Use readtable to read the file to return the wanted variable(s); then fileparts and fullfile to split up filenames ane rebuild new ones as wanted...

I'm trying to extract column 8 and read the file folders in column 8 as well as reading the first HSR file from that file folder, then to save that path.

How should I go about this?
