Dis orientation of the GUI element created by the appdesigner

The GUI is devolped using the appdesigner. The GUI Panel do not come at the given grid location and it is moved at some other place. This is random error and it happens. Thus, it difficult to reproduce and debug. What could be done to fix the random error?

Without the complete code or without a better pinning down of the problem it is difficult to find a solution.
