How to use if else function using data from simulink ?

This is the question.

This is my simulink model.

This is the graph from scope.

As you can see, I also send the data to the MATLAB workspace.

I want to use the data to answer the question which is to find Time when T(surrounding) = T.

Maybe by using if else? How do I use the data from the simulink? Thanks!
