When you bought the software you should have received the instructions and information you'll need to install the software, most likely via email. Check your spam folder if you didn't receive the email.
If you didn't buy the software yourself but are using a license provided by your company or educational institution, you should contact whoever maintains those licenses. Most likely this would be someone in your IT department.
