We borrowed $1000 money with an annual interest 10%. If we do not pay any penalty in 2 years then how much we owe the money? Answer must be assign in a variable called debt .

It sounds like this is a copy paste of an assignment but ok
P = 1000; % principle
r=0.1; n=2;
debt = P*(1+r)^n
