View (Extract?) data (from table) of struct array.

I need to see the data in Chap17_SpikeSorting.mat (File:Chap17_SpikeSorting.mat size exceeds 5 MB.) How can I do this?
>> load('Chap17_SpikeSorting.mat')
>> session
session =
1x2 struct array with fields:
wf
stamps
