using blind deconvolution with different pixel resolutions between PSF and image

Hi
I have a question about the blind deconvolution algorithm. I am performing optical imaging and have measured my optical beam with a beam profiler with pixel resolution of 0.7x0.7um. I would like to deconvolve an image with this PSF but the image was taken at 1umx5um pixel resolution. I have applied it and seems to improve image quality although i am a bit concerned that the PSF and image are at different resolutions and i am unsure how this may impact results . Ideally they should both be at the same resolution right??
Thanks
