when i open simulink on home library is openning but not simulink tab and while using simulink for every click or selecting any block i am getting these errors and warnings in command window

when i open simulink on home library is openning but not simulink tab and while using simulink for every click or selecting any block i am getting these errors and warnings in command window. even though it is running normally but everytime these errors make me diversion from work.
