Different colour for the Images

I have a image below ,in which i have to mark wach part with different colours for example the image consists of water ,land ,green parts ,so for each part i have to mark by different colous

Segment your image. Why dont you try something like ncut. It is available for free.

Harshit will Segment gives different colours for each regin,if so which segmentation must be used
