How would you convert Liters/hour to meters/sec?

Or perhaps it is a rocket system and you need to convert liters/hours of fuel to output velocity knowing the original mass of the rocket and the density of the fuel and the specific impulse of the fuel ?

I'm not actually sure whether it is graded or not, which means I don't know if this question lies in the homework side or the non-homework side of things, but, to to ease your concerns I figured it out myself after a bit more research while waiting for a responce.
I wanted to convert from liters/hour to meters/second (<-- Here you go Geoff Hayes). To find out how fast a fuild is flowing in a pipe and I know its volumetric flow rate is 10,000 L/h.
First step:
Convert the liters to meters cubed(m^3). To do this we take the amount of liters(10,000) and multiply it by 0.001( as 1 liter is 0.001 m^3), this gives us 10m^3.
next:
Because this is a pipe we have to know the radius(0.025 m).
Now we can use (m^3/h) divided by all of radius squared times 3,600 times pi to find our m/s
This looks like: (m^3) / (r^2 * 3,600 * pi) = m/s
pluging in the numbers we get: (10) / ( 0.025^2 * 3,600 * pi) = 1.415 m/s.
and we are done!!
