How can I do a coordinate transformation in Matlab?

Hi everybody,

I have a quick question concerning my recent work. If I have a set of points in a Matlab and want to transform them into a coordinate system which is located in another point, how can I do it?

The matrix describes a cuboid, which I want to rotate by its own axis, but the cuboid also needs to be described in another absolute coodinate system. Thats why I want to transform it to the coordinate system in the body and afterwards back!
