How to perform segmentation on EMG signals?

Hi!
I am attaching an EMG signal of nx3 size , i want to perform overlapping segmentation on this signal using a 200-millisecond data window with a 50-millisecond increment. i am doing it because i want to extract features from them. the sampling frequency is 2048
