How to compile a file with a large variable in the workspace?

I would like to compile a model with a large global variable stored in the simulink workspace. The size of the the variable is of 500MB and it is a 4D array of the following dimensions [50 311 91 61]. I am trying to compile the model with simulink coder. However, I am getting a C1060 error due to memory space.

How can I fix this? I already tried increasing the size of java heap space as well as unchecking the section which sets a limit to the variables inside the simulink workspace

None of them seemed to help me compile the model.
